What does my Dealer Week registration get me?

Dealer Week guarantees that it will deliver ideas that you can take home and implement immediately. On-site, that means you will have full access to all keynote presentations, Education Pathway courses, any worksheets, tools and other handouts that are designed to help you create results. Additionally, you will have access to more than 100 exhibitors in the Dealer Week Expo Hall; all Dealer Week networking and cocktail receptions, morning coffee; two lunches and the industry celebration Tuesday night.

What if I just want to walk the Expo Hall floor?

Dealer Week hosts nearly all of its educational programming and serves all of its food and beverages (all of which is included in your registration rate) in the Expo Hall. Therefore, Dealer Week does not offer an Expo Hall-only pass. Are you a supplier who has chosen not to exhibit? You can register here.

Can I bring my spouse or significant other?

All attendees and event participants will need to purchase a Dealer Week registration in order to attend any of the event activities, including the Expo Hall, networking receptions, MRAA Industry Celebration and all other events. Please register in advance or register on site to gain access.

Can someone on my team use my registration if I can't attend?

YES! If you need to transfer your registration to a different team member, please reach out to Michele at michele@mraa.com. This registration can only be transferred to someone at the same dealership.

I need to cancel, will I get a refund?

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made by Sept. 30, 2024 via email to michele@mraa.com. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be granted for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests made after Sept. 30, 2024. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.

Will I have access to the courses after the event?

YES! This access comes if you purchase the Combo Package or the Online Only Package that includes Dealer Week Online. Dealer Week Online begins after the in-person event. Anyone who purchases Dealer Week Online will gain access to all the content from Dealer Week on its online learning platform known as MRAATraining.com. This access will continue into spring of 2025.

Is Dealer Week accessible?

MRAA welcomes everyone to participate in Dealer Week. If you would like any assistance beyond what is listed below, we are happy to help. Please email Sarah Korbel or call her at 763-333-2418.

Accessibility at the Orlando Convention Center

The majority of Dealer Week takes place in the Expo Halls WD2, WE and WF. This is the side of the building closest to the Rosen Plaza. Please note there is a hotel called the Rosen Centre on the opposite side. The distance to/from the hotel while not far, may be difficult for those in a wheelchair or walking aides. For ease of experience, we would recommend taking the skyway from the Plaza to the Convention Center. Once at the Convention Center, there are elevators and escalators available.

  • Please note, the Orlando Convention Center is big. Additionally, the expo hall will be fully carpeted, which may make using a wheelchair more tiresome.

  • The Welcome Reception will take place at the Rosen Plaza and it is carpeted.

  • The Opening and Closing ceremonies, Expo Hall, Awards event, learning pathways and networking receptions all take place on the same floor at the convention center.

  • Click here for the Orange County Convention Center ADA Accessibility page where you can find information on:

  • ADA Accessible parking

  • All bathrooms are ADA Accessible

  • Entrance, elevator, and escalator information

Accessibility for other events at Dealer Week

The majority of the Dealer Week Events are the Orange County Convention Center. Please note there are a few offsite events nearby such as the Opening Reception (at the Rosen Plaza), BoatPAC event (location TBD) and the Industry Celebration (location TBD). See the schedule page for details as they’re made available.

Personal Care Assistants/Aides:

Should you require an aide or personal care assistant to help navigate Dealer Week, MRAA will register your aide as a complementary guest. To register them, please contact Sarah Korbel at 763-333-2418 prior to December.

Scooter/Wheelchair Rental:

The Convention Center FedEx office has a limited number of scooters available to rent and use within the convention center. Reservations are encouraged for a scooter or wheelchair rental by visiting the Scootaround website. Please call 1-888-441-7575 for more information.

To rent outside of the convention center, please contact one of the below vendors for pricing and delivery options:

Can I bring my child?
