Accessibility
Is Dealer Week accessible?
If you would like any assistance beyond what is listed below, please email Sarah Korbel or call her at 763-333-2418.
Personal Care Assistants/Aides:
Should you require an aide or personal care assistant to help navigate Dealer Week, MRAA will register your aide as a complementary guest. To register them, please contact Sarah Korbel by November 15th.
Scooter/Wheelchair Rental:
The Convention Center FedEx office has a limited number of scooters available to rent and use within the convention center. Reservations are encouraged for a scooter or wheelchair rental by visiting the Scootaround website. Please call 1-888-441-7575 for more information.
To rent outside of the convention center, please contact one of the below vendors for pricing and delivery options:
Accessibility at the Orlando Convention Center
The majority of Dealer Week takes place in the Expo Halls WD2, WE and WF. This is the side of the building closest to the Rosen Plaza. Please note there is a hotel called the Rosen Centre on the opposite side. The distance to/from the hotel while not far, may be difficult for those in a wheel chair or walking aides. For ease of experience, we would recommend taking the skyway from the Plaza to the Convention Center. Once at the Convention Center, there are elevators and escalators available.
Please note, the Orlando Convention Center is big. Additionally, the expo hall will be fully carpeted, which may make using a wheelchair more tiresome.
The Welcome Reception will take place outside at the Rosen Plaza.
The Opening and Closing ceremonies, Expo Hall, Awards event, learning pathways and networking receptions all take place on the same floor at the convention center.
Click here for the Orange County Convention Center ADA Accessibility page where you can find information on:
ADA Accessible parking
All bathrooms are ADA Accessible
Entrance, elevator, and escalator information
Accessibility for other events at Dealer Week
Please note there are offsite events nearby such as the Opening Reception, BoatPAC event and the Industry Celebration. See the schedule page for details as they’re made available.
Childcare
Can I bring my child?
Are you planning to make Dealer Week a family experience? Please review our child policy and waiver here and send to sarah@mraa.com by November 15th.
