Is It the Market or Me? Sort Fact from Fiction in a Tough Environment
With Pat Kennedy
-
Your dealership is challenged on all fronts to maintain the profitability levels you reached just a few years ago. High interest rates, excess inventory, cash-strapped customers, and challenging employees have made this a difficult market to navigate.
But how much of your dealership’s profit picture is determined by the outside market vs. your own internal operations and capabilities?
In this session by veteran dealership consultant and trainer Pat Kennedy, you’ll learn how to parse through your dealership’s financials and performance metrics to identify the factors within your control that are preventing your business from reaching its profit potential.
You’ll gain insight into analyzing your balance sheet and cash flow, fixed and variable operations data, and overall dealership structure to determine opportunities to improve profitability that you can include in your strategic plan for the year ahead.
-
Discover the key profit drivers that are within your dealership’s control
Benchmark your performance in these areas against leading dealers
Identify the unique profit improvement opportunities for your dealership
And create a plan to execute them.
